Our owners, Kristen and Andrew Cornale, are based in Australia and have spent years in the industry. They recognised a need for quality outsourcing solutions that were actually reliable and did what they said they would. Backed by years of experience and fueled by a passion to fill this gap in the market, they created beshore®.

FAQs

For permanent staff, yes there is a trial period - it ranges from one month to three months, depending on our agreement. This acts as a probationary period. In this time, you can decide if you would like to proceed working with this member of staff or end the agreement.

For white label work, we offer a 30 day warranty period on all work that we develop.

No, we are not a middleman. We have a team of fully equipped project managers and developers working full-time on our team. We will never outsource any of your requirements... it will always go through our trusted internal team.

All of our resources are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Yes, occasionally. Contact us if you have any specific requirements which are not listed on our site.

Technically, yes. But you need to register as as foreign investor to legally hire staff overseas. This process is lengthy (6-12 months) and very costly (~$100k AUD). We've already done the hard work... you just simply tap into our already established network.

It really depends on how common the role is to fill. It can be as little as a few days and as long as few weeks.

For white label work, yes. If you hire a permanent staff member, you will pay them a salary.
